Industrial Gears

We manufacture a wide range of high-performance gears engineered for durability, precision, and efficiency across applications

Spur Gears

Spur gears are the most widely used type of cylindrical gears, characterized by straight teeth parallel to the axis. The most common tooth shape is the involute profile, which is generated by unwinding a taut cord from a base circle, creating a curve that becomes progressively straighter. Involute gears are preferred for their strength, durability, and ease of manufacturing. Though cycloidal teeth offer smoother operation and lower separating forces—used in applications like precision clocks—they are less common in power transmission due to complexity and lower strength.

Bevel Gears

Bevel gears are used to transmit motion and power between intersecting shafts, typically at 90°. They have conically shaped pitch surfaces and are ideal for changing the direction of drive in machinery.

Types include straight, spiral, and hypoid bevel gears. Spiral bevel gears provide smoother and quieter operation than straight ones. Bevel gears are commonly used in automotive differentials, power tools, and industrial machinery.

Girth Gears

Girth gears are large-diameter ring gears used to drive heavy industrial equipment like rotary kilns, mills, and dryers.

They are typically mounted around the shell of the machine and driven by pinions. Girth gears handle high torque loads and are usually fabricated in segments for easier transport and installation. They require precise alignment and regular lubrication for reliable long-term performance.
