Spline , Shaft & Machine Components

Spline and shaft components transmit torque by interlocking ridges or grooves, ensuring precise rotational motion and alignment between connected mechanical parts in gearboxes, motors, and drive systems.

Splines

Splines are ridged or grooved shafts designed to fit into matching grooves on mating parts, such as gears or pulleys, to transfer torque without slippage. They ensure precise alignment and rotational motion between components. Splines come in various types, including involute, straight-sided, and serrated, and are widely used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery applications where high torque and exact positioning are essential.

Shafts

Shafts are cylindrical mechanical components used to transmit power and rotational motion between different parts of a machine. They serve as the backbone for many mechanical systems, supporting gears, pulleys, and other rotating elements. Made from high-strength materials, shafts are designed to withstand torsion, bending, and axial loads. They are commonly used in automotive, industrial, and power transmission applications for efficient and reliable performance.

Couplings

Couplings are mechanical devices used to connect two shafts together at their ends for the purpose of transmitting power. They accommodate misalignments, absorb shock loads, and allow a certain degree of movement between connected shafts. Couplings are essential in mechanical systems where precise alignment is difficult or where flexibility is needed. They play a critical role in machinery, pumps, conveyors, and power transmission setups to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Pinions & Drive Shafts

We manufacture high-performance pinion gears and integrated pinion shafts designed for efficient power transmission in heavy-duty applications such as gearboxes, mills, crushers, and rotary kilns. Made from high-grade alloy steels and precision-machined for accurate tooth profiles, our pinion assemblies deliver superior strength, wear resistance, and smooth operation. Available in various sizes and configurations, they are engineered to meet the exacting demands of industries like cement, steel, mining, and thermal power.

Pinion

A pinion with a shrink-fitted shaft is a precision-engineered assembly where the pinion gear is mounted onto the shaft using an interference fit achieved by thermal expansion. The shaft is heated or the gear is cooled to allow insertion, creating a tight, secure connection once temperatures equalize. This method ensures excellent torque transmission without the need for additional fasteners, reducing the risk of slippage under heavy loads.

Pinion Gear

A pinion gear is the smaller of two meshing gears, often paired with a larger gear called a spur gear or rack in rack-and-pinion systems. It transmits rotational motion and torque, typically converting rotational movement into linear motion or altering speed and direction in machinery. Pinion gears are widely used in vehicles (steering systems, differentials), industrial machines, and mechanical tools. Made from materials like steel, brass, or hardened alloys, they are designed for durability and smooth operation.

Pinion Shaft

A pinion shaft is a mechanical component that transfers rotational motion and torque in machinery, commonly found in gear systems, automotive differentials, and industrial equipment. It typically consists of a shaft with a pinion gear mounted on it, which meshes with a larger gear (ring gear) to change speed, direction, or torque. Pinion shafts are designed for strength and durability, often made from hardened steel to withstand heavy loads and friction.

Large Pinion Gear

A large pinion gear is a small driving gear that meshes with a larger gear or rack, but in this context, “large” refers to its size compared to standard pinions. It is designed to transmit rotational motion and torque efficiently within heavy-duty machinery. Large pinion gears are commonly used in industrial equipment, mining machinery, rolling mills, and cranes, where they handle high loads and require durability. Made from hardened steel or alloy materials, they offer precision, wear resistance, and smooth operation.

Hydraulic Piston

Our hydraulic pistons are engineered for high-performance fluid power applications, delivering precise force and motion control in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured from premium-grade materials and finished with precision machining, these pistons ensure excellent sealing, wear resistance, and long operational life. Designed to operate under high pressure, they provide consistent performance in heavy-duty machinery such as presses, cranes, loaders, and manufacturing equipment. Available in standard and custom sizes, our hydraulic pistons are built to meet exact application requirements, making them ideal for industries like steel, mining, construction, and material handling.
